Content pretty, app difficult to use

Even though I love Martha Stewart publications and their media in general, I have had repeated problems accessing issues through my digital subscription. This might be in part due to the fact that I purchased my subscription through a third party rewards redemption program, but the Martha Stewart apps should be able to handle this or not offer it. I like the content of Weddings alright; it is visually beautiful like all of the Martha Stewart publications. However, I find I have to go brought multiple steps each time I want to download a new issue, here and with
Martha Stewart Living. The company was quick to respond to my help request, but it did not solve the problem and I am still waiting for effective help. This is not the first time I have needed to ask.
