I purchased a subscription of this magazine via iTunes last year just after I got engaged. Now that all of the wedding details are in place, I no longer desire to continue my subscription. I received an email from iTunes indicating it will auto renew and I can change that in my account settings. I went there and this app doesnt recognize those settings. I emailed customer support and they dont have a record of my subscription therefore cannot cancel me. I paid for it last year and had problems all year accessing the digital magazines. It always told me I had to buy the issues when I already paid $9.99 for the year! I will be calling customer support, but his app needs some serious work. It shouldnt be this difficult.
