Subscription Harassment

For starters the app is buggy. If and when a magazine is available for download you have to make sure the iPad stays on while it downloads the whole thing or else it will start the download over from the beginning. The magazines themselves are awful and not at all helpful. You are also bombarded on a daily basis with "tip" emails from one of their contributors. Oh but when you have paid for your subscription and no longer want to pay for or receive any more issues that is when they decide to call and say you have multiple subscriptions with them that need to be renewed. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid the app and avoid the hassle.
